Asesoría Legal para la Fundación GRAC

El Departamento de Asesoría Legal de GRAC: Global Rights Action es la unidad encargada de garantizar que todas las operaciones de la fundación se realicen dentro del marco legal y regulatorio de los países donde opera. Su principal objetivo es proporcionar orientación jurídica estratégica para asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales, protegiendo los intereses de la organización y fortaleciendo su transparencia y ética institucional.

Este departamento juega un papel clave en la redacción y revisión de contratos, acuerdos y políticas internas, asegurando que cada iniciativa de GRAC se desarrolle con una base legal sólida. Asimismo, brinda apoyo jurídico en casos específicos, garantizando que los proyectos de la fundación cuenten con el respaldo legal necesario para su ejecución efectiva.

Funciones principales:

✔ Cumplimiento normativo y legal → Asegurar que todas las actividades y proyectos de GRAC se ajusten a las leyes y regulaciones de los países donde opera la fundación.

✔ Redacción y revisión de documentos legales → Elaborar, revisar y validar contratos, acuerdos, convenios y políticas internas, protegiendo los intereses legales de la organización.

✔ Asesoramiento en asuntos jurídicos → Brindar orientación legal en temas relacionados con derechos humanos, gestión de donaciones, propiedad intelectual, cumplimiento fiscal y otros aspectos clave.

✔ Apoyo en litigios y representación legal → Coordinar la defensa y representación jurídica en situaciones legales que puedan afectar a la fundación o a sus beneficiarios.

✔ Capacitación en normativas legales → Desarrollar talleres y guías jurídicas para el equipo de GRAC, asegurando que todos los departamentos comprendan sus obligaciones legales y operen dentro del marco normativo.

✔ Gestión de riesgos legales → Identificar posibles riesgos jurídicos y diseñar estrategias para prevenir conflictos legales y fortalecer la gobernanza institucional.
