Luis es un profesional con amplia experiencia en seguridad y servicio al cliente, que se caracteriza por su profundo sentido humanitario y empatía hacia quienes enfrentan situaciones difíciles. Su rol como Coordinador de Asesoría Legal en la Fundación GRAC le permite canalizar su conocimiento y compromiso para garantizar que la fundación ofrezca apoyo efectivo a las personas que más lo necesitan. Luis supervisa los procesos legales y proporciona orientación para que los programas de la fundación cumplan con las normativas y protejan los derechos de los beneficiarios, fortaleciendo el impacto de la organización en las comunidades vulnerables.

Funciones Principales:

  • Coordinar y supervisar la asesoría legal en todos los proyectos de la fundación, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes.

  • Brindar orientación y apoyo en asuntos legales para proteger los derechos de los beneficiarios y facilitar el acceso a los recursos de la fundación.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de proyectos para identificar y mitigar riesgos legales en las operaciones de GRAC.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con entidades legales y de apoyo comunitario para ampliar el alcance de la fundación y maximizar su impacto.
